A DateJust that I'd never seen before... id="post_message_214962">First and foremost...sorry that I haven't been around much. Trying to help drum up business at work to keep the company afloat (and keep my job in the process) has taken it's toll on the time I've had to log on here and post and reply to comments, but rest assured, I'm still here, and I'm still reading the forums as much as I can!I'd been talking with friend and fellow WTF member bullandvodka about a DateJust I saw at a jewlery store in the not too distant past. It was a stainless model with black dial, and my eye was caught by the fact that the numerals on the date disk were red. I was thinking to myself "I thought that was a Turn-O-Graph thing". So I ask to see it and my friend behind the counter gets the watch out, and as per usual I look it over and toy around with it for a minute, open and close the clasp, wind it a few times, and then i popped the crown out another position and changed the date, and I nearly fell over. The next numeral was black! I flipped it again, and back to red! Alternating red and black numerals on the date disk! How cool is that! Tell me, friends, Is this something new?? Or have I just been living in a cave?? This was the first time I'd either see or heard of such a feature!
